To create a contact center in Service Cloud Voice, your organization's identity provider must be enabled.
If you attempt to create a contact center while your organization's identity provider is disabled, you will receive the following email:
Subject: __MISSING LABEL__ PropertyFile - val subjectFailedIdpErrorCreateContactCenter not found in section ProvisioningStatusEmail
Body: __MISSING LABEL__ PropertyFile - val bodyFailedIdpErrorCreateContactCenter not found in section ProvisioningStatusEmail
In such cases, please enable the ID provider using the following steps and recreate the contact center.
