In Service Cloud Voice, creating a Contact Center requires an active Identity Provider (IdP) to be configured and enabled in your Salesforce organization. The Identity Provider allows Salesforce to act as a single sign-on (SSO) provider for Amazon Connect.
If you attempt to create a Contact Center while your organization's Identity Provider is disabled, the provisioning process fails and you receive a confusing error email containing placeholder label text rather than a meaningful message.
The error email subject and body contain placeholder label references, as shown below:
Subject: __MISSING LABEL__ PropertyFile - val subjectFailedIdpErrorCreateContactCenter not found in section ProvisioningStatusEmail
Body: __MISSING LABEL__ PropertyFile - val bodyFailedIdpErrorCreateContactCenter not found in section ProvisioningStatusEmail
These placeholder labels indicate that the Identity Provider was not active at the time of Contact Center creation.
To resolve this issue, enable the Identity Provider in your Salesforce organization and then re-create the Contact Center.
