When configuring the [Contact Support Form] component for guest users on an Experience Cloud site, an error (ID: 816300119) may occur. This is caused by an internal duplicate of the [Name] of the selected global action.

솔루션

This error may be resolved by reviewing the global action settings configured for the component.
Please try the following steps in order and verify if the issue is resolved.

Resolution Procedure 1: Select only the global actions to be used in [Selected Quick Actions]

  1. In Experience Builder, open the target page and select the component [Contact Support Form].
  2. In the Properties Editor on the right side of the screen, expand [Guest Users] and click [Configure global actions for guest users].
  3. In the [Selected Quick Actions] list, verify that only the global actions you want to use are selected, then click [Save].

Resolution Procedure 2: Modify the [Name] of the global action being used

  1. On the Salesforce internal organization page, click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the screen, then click [Setup].
  2. In the [Quick Find] field in the upper-left corner of the screen, enter “Global Actions” and click [Global Actions].
  3. Click [Edit] in the column for the global action you are using.
  4. Change the [Name] to any value different from the current value, then click [Save].
  5. Repeat step 1 of the above resolution procedure.
