Agentforce: Error: "This report can no longer be edited or run. Your administrator has disabled all reports for the custom object, or its relationships have changed." in Agentforce Dashboard

Agentforce Analytics lists the reports and dashboards that are available for Agentforce, which can be located in the folder Agentforce (Default) under Dashboards > All Folders.

When these dashboards, such as Agentforce (Default) or Utterance Analysis, are first accessed, you may see the following error displaying for all reports in the dashboard:

"This report can no longer be edited or run. Your administrator has disabled all reports for the custom object, or its relationships have changed."

Solución

As outlined in Troubleshooting Agentforce Analytics, if an error is displayed stating that the admin disabled the reports or the relationships have changed, you need to clone the dashboard and work with the clone.

To create a clone, open the dashboard and then click Save As from the options on the top right. Click Create to confirm the name and folder location.

Note : Data Cloud Architect Permission Set is required for dashboard running user.
