Identity Resolution now checks for Orphaned Records.
In this case, orphaned records are records that exist outside of an individual.
An example of this would be if a stream is mapped to Contact Point Email but does not having a matching Individual record based off the Contact Point Email.Party then the record would be considered a orphaned record.
If a record is an orphaned record it would not be considered for Identity Resolution.
