Privacy Statement
Required cookies are necessary for basic website functionality. Some examples include: session cookies needed to transmit the website, authentication cookies, and security cookies.
Functional cookies enhance functions, performance, and services on the website. Some examples include: cookies used to analyze site traffic, cookies used for market research, and cookies used to display advertising that is not directed to a particular individual.
Advertising cookies track activity across websites in order to understand a viewer’s interests, and direct them specific marketing. Some examples include: cookies used for remarketing, or interest-based advertising.
In standard Salesforce functionality, changes made to a list view are not recorded. Therefore, it is not possible to track modifications to display fields or filter criteria.
However, you can identify who created or last modified a list view and when by querying the following fields on the ListView object using SOQL:
CreatedDate
CreatedById
LastModifiedDate
LastModifiedById
For more details on this object, please refer to the ListView documentation.
There is an active feature request on the IdeaExchange to add the ability to track the detailed change history of list views.
You can view and vote for it here: Checking the history of changes to the list view.
