Getting Insufficient permission to retrieve entries when accessing Messaging Sessions

Description
The user encountered an issue where they were unable to access messaging session entries in Salesforce MIAW due to insufficient permissions. Additionally, the user could not type in the conversation and received a red circle error.
Resolution

Assign the 'Access Conversation Entries' permission to the impacted user via a suitable permission set.
