User Selected in Salesforce Screen Flow Lookup Component Not Reflected on Screen

To resolve this issue, assign a User Profile Page Layout to the profile of the user performing the operation.

Steps

1. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner, then click [Setup].

2. From the [Object Manager] tab, click [User].

3. From the left-hand menu, click [User Profile Page Layouts].

4. Click the [Page Layout Assignment] button.

5. Click the [Edit Assignment] button.

6. Find the profile assigned to the target user and select the appropriate [Page Layout].

7. Click the [Save] button.
