When attempting to use 'Log in to Experience as User' for an external user requiring 'High Assurance' session security on an Experience Cloud site, an identity verification screen may appear. This is due to the insufficient session security level of the user performing the action.
This issue can be resolved by setting the "Session security level required at login" on the profile of the user performing the "Log in to Experience as User" action to a level equal to or higher than that of the external user's profile.
