Experience Cloud: Unable to "Log in to Experience as User" for an external user who requires a "High Assurance" session

When attempting to use 'Log in to Experience as User' for an external user requiring 'High Assurance' session security on an Experience Cloud site, an identity verification screen may appear. This is due to the insufficient session security level of the user performing the action.

解決方案

This issue can be resolved by setting the "Session security level required at login" on the profile of the user performing the "Log in to Experience as User" action to a level equal to or higher than that of the external user's profile.

Please follow the steps below to see if the issue is resolved.

 

Resolution Steps

  1. Navigate to [Setup] | [Home] | [Users] | [Profiles] and click on the profile assigned to the user performing the action.
  2. Under [Session Settings], change the [Session security level required at login] to "High Assurance" and save.

 

Note

Enabling this setting will make multi-factor authentication (MFA) mandatory at login for all users assigned to this profile.
