Resolution Steps

To prevent the organization name from appearing at the top of the Service Report, follow these steps:

  1. Open the edit screen for the target Service Report Template.
  2. From the palette at the top of the screen, drag and drop the [Text/Image] component into the header section.
  3. Save the template.


Once the header section contains a placeholder item, the organization name will no longer be displayed at the top of generated Service Reports.
