On an Experience Cloud site, sections of a Knowledge article may be hidden from view. This occurs if the section was collapsed by a user within the internal Salesforce org.
Steps to Reproduce
In the internal org, create a Knowledge article that uses a section layout.
Configure the article to be visible on the Experience Cloud site.
Open the Knowledge article in the internal org and collapse the section.
Open the article on the Experience Cloud site and verify that the section is now hidden.
Workaround
1. Ensure sections are left expanded when working on Knowledge articles in the internal org. You can do this by always checking the section status before saving the article.
2. Avoid using sections in the Knowledge article's page layout. Instead, consider using a single, continuous layout for the article content. This can be configured in the page layout settings of the Knowledge article.
