On the Sales planning page, when a value is updated on a child record the value is expected to reflect on it's associated parent record and it's not mandatorily designed to sync the updated values on the Sales Node object when checking the values via a query i.e., SOQl on the object.
This behaviour is same with any roll up fields on the Sales Planning page.
The feature is not designed to keep the updated values in sync to the Sales Node entity.
