Some Opportunity Contact Roles may not appear in the Sales Engagement component on the Opportunity page.

After adding a contact as an Opportunity Contact Role, some contacts may not be displayed in the Sales Engagement component on the Opportunity page.

解決策

This behavior is expected. The Sales Engagement component displays contacts based on the following conditions:

  • Displays the primary Opportunity Contact Role.
  • Displays contacts added to a cadence associated with the Opportunity through the “Add to Cadence” flow.
  • Displays contacts related via Opportunity Contact Roles that are not part of any cadence.

Ensure the following:

  • If a contact is not in any cadence, it will appear in the Sales Engagement component when linked through Opportunity Contact Roles.
  • If a contact is already part of a cadence, add additional cadences from the Sales Engagement component on the contact record page.
