Description

Encountering an internal server error when attempting to download Analytics Dashboard widgets in various formats (Download in Excel Format, Download in Excel Format with Metadata, Download in CSV Format).

 

Résolution
Root Cause:
The setting ‘Require first-party use of Salesforce cookies’ enabled in the org.Fix:
  1. Uncheck the above setting
  2. Logout and login. The issue should be fixed
