Salesforce Field Service (SFS) Mobile Error in Pending Upload Queue Generating Service Report

When a Salesforce Field Service Mobile app user attempts to generate a service report, an error appears in the data sync pending upload queue with the message: "Generate Service Report for SA-XXXX." When the user selects "Tap to Resolve", the service report cannot be generated.

Lösning

This error could occur when the mobile user's email address is unverified in Salesforce. Verifying the user's email resolves the issue.

To check and verify the user's email:

  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
  2. Click the full name of the affected mobile user.
  3. On the User Details page, find the Email field — If the user’s email address is unverified, a Verify link appears next to the Email field.
  4. Next to the Email field value, click Verify. The user then receives a verification link that expires after 72 hours.
  5. After the user completes verification, the Verify link changes to Verified.

Once the email is verified, ask the mobile user to try generating the service report again from the Field Service Mobile app. The report should generate successfully.

If the issue still persists after email verification, contact Salesforce Support.
