Despite Agentforce Voice for Government Cloud officially being FedRAMP-authorized, Administrators may find they are unable to see or select the AWS "us-gov-west-1" region when attempting to Configure Your Contact Center to setup either Voice with Partner Telephony from Amazon Connect or Voice with Partner Telephony.
To connect to FedRAMP AWS infrastructure, Support needs to enable an org feature to allow Administrators to select the "us-gov-west-1" region on contact center creation.
Note: Existing Government customers who have previously setup Agentforce Voice will need to create a new contact center implementation after Support enablement. It is not possible to migrate existing contact centers to Government Cloud AWS infrastructure.
