When syncing Google Contacts with Salesforce using Einstein Activity Capture (EAC), only contacts that have the primary email address labelled as "Work" in Google Contacts are eligible for synchronization. Contacts with emails labelled as Home, Other, or custom labels will not sync to Salesforce. This is a current limitation of EAC's contact synchronization with Google.

EAC only syncs a Google Contact to Salesforce when the contact's primary email is labelled "Work" in Google Contacts. Contacts whose primary email is labelled Home, Other, or a custom label are skipped during sync.
