The [Last Activity Date] displayed on records such as Accounts or custom objects reflects different date fields depending on the type of associated activity.

Risoluzione

  • Task

    • The date from the [Due Date] field of a completed Task is recorded as the [Last Activity Date].

  • Event

    • The date portion of the [Start] (Start Date/Time) field of a completed Event is recorded as the [Last Activity Date].
