A zero-delta scenario occurs when the data sync job checks for new or updated records and finds none — meaning the source data has not changed since the last successful run.
This is the system's expected and designed behavior for data sync jobs when no new data is detected.
The process functions as follows:
An "Aborted" status in this context does not signify an error. Instead, it indicates that the sub-job was stopped as a logical consequence of the parent job finding no data to process.
No action is required. The "Successful" status on the parent job correctly reflects that the entire data sync process ran without any failures and confirmed that your data is already up-to-date. This behavior ensures that system resources are not wasted on processing empty datasets.
For example, if your opportunity data did not change since yesterday's sync ran, the parent job marks as Successful and the downstream sub-jobs are Aborted — this is correct behavior.
