This article explains how to resolve an issue where images do not appear in the CMS Collection component on an Experience Cloud site. This problem is caused by incorrect Field Mapping settings in the component.
Please follow the steps below:
1. Open the Experience Builder for your site and navigate to the target page.
2. Select the CMS Collection component where the images are not being displayed.
3. In the component property panel on the right, locate the Field Mappings section under Content Layout.
4. For the Image field, select 'Source' from the dropdown list. Ensure that the correct field from your CMS content is mapped to the Image field.
5. After applying the setting, click 'Publish' to update the site.
Once these steps are completed, the images from your CMS content will display correctly within the collection.
