Effective September 6, 2025, Agentforce Analytics has transitioned to the latest version. This transition was driven by two primary factors:
Move to a More Sophisticated Solutions Layer:
CopilotEvents will transition to the Agentforce Session Data Model
Data Transform jobs and near-core compute jobs will move to Semantic Data Model
Data Cloud reports and dashboards will transition to Tableau Next
Utterance Analysis will be replaced by Agentforce Optimization
Addressing Large Consumption: The existing product has led to significant data consumption, which the new version aims to optimize.
The following table details the functionalities that will be retired and their respective replacements in Agentforce Analytics 2.0:

Agent Analytics (Beta) Launch: September 6, 2025
Legacy Agent Analytics Retirement: May 31, 2026
Agentforce Session Data Model Activation: The Agentforce Session Data Model begins curating session data only from the moment it is enabled. To ensure you have sufficient historical data for your dashboards, please activate it well in advance of the transition.
Note that while the pipelines for the legacy Agent Analytics will be deprecated, the data objects carrying the historical data and dashboards will remain untouched.
Simultaneous Operation & Billing: During the transition period, both the legacy and latest Agent Analytics pipelines will run concurrently. This may lead to higher-than-expected billing for Data Cloud services. Once your transition is complete, remember to switch off Agent Analytics from Setup.
To ensure a successful transition to the latest Agent Analytics, please take the following actions:
Go to Setup → Einstein Audit, Analytics, and Monitoring Setup.
Enable Agentforce Session Tracing and Data Model.
Enable Agentforce Optimization.
Assign the Agentforce Service Agent Configuration permission set to yourself.
Assign Tableau Next Limited Consumer permission set to yourself and to additional users
Assign Access Agentforce Optimization permission set to users.
Open Agent Analytics (Beta) and install the Service Agent app.
Transition from Agentforce (Default) to Agentforce Employee Agent (link).
If you have built any automation (Flow, Apex, or Prompt) on top of existing DLOs or DMOs, please transition them to execute on top of Agentforce Session Data Model or Einstein Feedback.
If you have built any custom reports or dashboards on top of existing DLOs or DMOs, please transition them to execute on top of Agentforce Analytics Foundations Semantic Model or Einstein Feedback.
Once all the above actions are completed, turn off the legacy Agent Analytics from Setup.
Future enhancements and integrations that will be shipped during 258 major release or patches include:
Employee Agent Dashboard on Tableau Next.
Integrating Einstein Feedback metrics into the Agentforce Analytics Foundations Semantic Model.
DC1 Compliancy.
Why is there no dashboard for Agentforce (Default)?
Answer: An out-of-the-box Tableau Next dashboard will not be released for Agentforce (Default) due as an End-of-sale was announced for this agent. If need be, you can still access relevant metrics and build a custom DC dashboard using the Analytics SDM.
Why are BotDefinition (DLO), PermissionSetAssignment (DLO), and User (DLO) tables not being replaced?
Answer: These objects were used to derive specialized metrics for Agentforce (Default). Since an End-of-sale was announced for this agent, those metrics became redundant.
Why do I see API names, Topics IDs, or Action IDs in my dashboard?
Answer: For a short period of time you may see API names, Topics IDs, or Action IDs in your dashboard. We are working to ingest new data which will support displaying labels, so this will be resolved soon.
