List view associated with a queue for the Voice Call object cannot be customized or deleted

This article explains the cause and workaround for the issue where a list view that is automatically created with the same name as a queue for the Voice Call object cannot be edited or deleted.

Phenomenon
In the list view for the Voice Call object, the list view controls (e.g., Edit, Rename, Delete) for a specific list view are grayed out and cannot be operated.

Cause
When you create a queue for the Voice Call object, a list view with the same name is automatically generated to display records belonging to that queue.
These system-generated list views cannot be customized or deleted.

Solution
Since this list view cannot be edited directly, please create a new list view that meets your requirements and use it instead.
 
Steps to create a new list view:
1. Open the Voice Call object tab.
2. From the List View Controls (gear icon), click "New".
3. Name the list view and select who can see it.
4. Set up the filter criteria as needed.
5. Click "Save".
