Quick text searches in Enhanced Conversation Component for Enhanced Chat (Messaging for In-App and Web) with Agentforce Service (formerly Service Cloud) require at least three characters to display results correctly.

Lösung

To find quick text in the Enhanced Conversation Component, you must enter at least three characters. 

If you enter three or more characters in the search field, the quick text containing Kanji will be displayed.
