This article explains how to hide items from the search filter dropdown menu in the appointment list on the Field Service Dispatcher Console. Unwanted search filters can be hidden by removing the corresponding custom permissions from a permission set or profile.
The search filters displayed in the appointment list of the Dispatcher Console are controlled by custom permissions.
You can hide options in the dropdown menu by removing the corresponding custom permissions from the permission sets or profiles assigned to users.
The mapping between each search filter and its corresponding custom permission is as follows:
To Do -> FSL.Service List View - Todo
Gantt -> FSL.Service List View - Gantt
Canceled -> FSL.Service List View - Canceled
Crews -> FSL.Service List View - Crews
Contractors -> FSL.Service List View - Contractors
Scheduled -> FSL.Service List View - Scheduled
Flagged -> FSL.Service List View - Flagged
Rule Violating -> FSL.Service List View - Rule Violating
In Jeopardy -> FSL.Service List View - In Jeopardy
Unscheduled -> FSL.Service List View - Unscheduled
Selected -> FSL.Service List View - Selected
Exclude Bundle Members -> FSL.Service List View - Exclude Bundle Members
