In Enhanced Chat, unlike standard Chat (Live Chat), there is no feature that allows service reps to preview the content of the message a customer is currently typing for Agentforce Service (formerly Service Cloud).
Enhanced Chat does not support the ability for service reps to preview messages in real-time while the customer is typing. This is a current product limitation, and there is no workaround available for this behavior.
