If you encounter issues with Visual Remote Assistant (VRA) for Agentforce Service (formerly Service Cloud), the installed package may not be the latest version. 

This article explains how to check your current version and install the latest version.

Résolution

If the installed version of the Visual Remote Assistant (VRA) package is not latest version, it may not function properly.

Please follow the steps below to update to the latest version.

  1. Go to [Setup] | [Installed Packages] to check the version number of the currently installed VRA package.

  2. Access http://sfdc.co/visualremoteassistant-install and verify the latest version number from the page after logging in.

  3. If the installed version is not the latest, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
