Date de publication: Sep 8, 2025
Description

If you encounter errors or unexpected behavior in Visual Remote Assistant (VRA) for Agentforce Service (formerly Service Cloud), the root cause may be that the installed VRA managed package is not the latest version. An outdated package may cause features to malfunction, sessions to fail, or error messages to appear. This article explains how to verify your installed version and update to the latest version.

Résolution

Steps to Update the VRA Package:

  1. Go to [Setup] | [Installed Packages] to check the version number of the currently installed VRA package.
  2. Access http://sfdc.co/visualremoteassistant-install and verify the latest version number from the page after logging in.
  3. If the installed version is not the latest, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Note: Always test package updates in a Sandbox environment before installing in Production.

After Updating

After installing the latest version, clear browser cache and retry the action that was producing the error. If errors persist after updating, contact Salesforce Support.
