This article explains the cause and solution for an issue where using the [Log in to Experience as User] feature redirects the administrator to the login screen instead of the Experience Cloud site. This occurs when the site has not been republished after a Sandbox refresh.
To resolve this issue, you must republish the Experience Cloud site. Please follow the steps below.
Click the gear icon and select [Setup].
In the [Quick Find] box, enter All Sites, then select [All Sites].
Next to your site, click [Builder].
In the upper-right corner of the page, click [Publish].
