After refreshing a Sandbox environment, the Experience Cloud site's published state is reset and the site must be republished before it becomes fully active. Administrators who attempt to use the Log in to Experience as User feature before republishing the site are redirected to the login screen instead of accessing the Experience Cloud site. This behavior occurs because the Sandbox refresh process resets site configuration to an unpublished state, which prevents proper authentication routing.
To resolve this issue, you must republish the Experience Cloud site. Please follow the steps below.
Click the gear icon and select [Setup].
In the [Quick Find] box, enter All Sites, then select [All Sites].
Next to your site, click [Builder].
In the upper-right corner of the page, click [Publish].
