This is expected behavior in Experience Cloud — the [Verify] and [Verified] indicators are designed for internal Salesforce users only and do not appear on external user detail pages. As a workaround, administrators can add the "User Verified Email" field to a user list view to check the verification status of external users.
On the user detail page for an Experience Cloud external user, the [Verify] and [Verified] text is not displayed next to the email address because this functionality is intended only for internal users.
