Workaround: Check Email Verification Status via User List View

This is expected behavior in Experience Cloud — the [Verify] and [Verified] indicators are designed for internal Salesforce users only and do not appear on external user detail pages. As a workaround, administrators can add the "User Verified Email" field to a user list view to check the verification status of external users.
On the user detail page for an Experience Cloud external user, the [Verify] and [Verified] text is not displayed next to the email address because this functionality is intended only for internal users.
Steps to check verification status via User List View:

  1. From Setup, enter Users in the Quick Find box, then select Users.
  2. Select any user list view and click Edit.
  3. From the Available Fields list, select User Verified Email and click the Add arrow to move it to the Selected Fields list.
  4. Click Save.

This allows you to see in the list view whether each user's email has been verified.
