Unable to Display "0" for Items with No Records in Reports

It is the standard behavior of Salesforce reports not to display a "0" for items or groupings where no corresponding records exist.

Salesforce reports are designed to aggregate and display data based on records that exist within your organization.

Therefore, the product's standard functionality is unable to show a "0" for data items that have no associated records.

This is because reports are intended to visualize actual data, not represent the absence of data.

A feature request has been submitted to allow for "0" to be displayed in these scenarios.
