Description

The Admissions and Enrollments FAQ topic in the Student Recruitment Agent provides answers to questions about your school, programs, and admissions processes. The answers can be grounded in data from your institution’s web site using Web Search, Files, and Knowledge

When grounding answers in Knowledge, you can use existing articles or create new ones specifically for use by the Student Recruitment Agent. For best results, we recommend individual articles covering these subjects.

  • Application Deadlines - Include widely applicable deadlines such as for an entire academic year, term, or academic level. For program-specific deadlines, include them in the applicable Learning Program article below.

  • Application Requirements - Include widely applicable requirements, such as minimum grade point averages and test scores. For program-specific requirements, include them in the applicable Learning Program article below.

  • Application Process - Include widely applicable processes, such as submission of transcripts and test scores. For program-specific processes, include them in the applicable Learning Program article below.

  • Learning Programs - Create separate articles for each degree program, certificate, or K-12 grade level. We also suggest that you include section headers within each article to help the agent find and summarize this content accurately. See below for an example article.

  • FAQ - Create separate articles for each frequently asked question. For example: “What are the Computing Requirements for Students?”, “Do You Offer Support for Military Related Students?”, and “How Do I Prove In-State Residency?”

  • How To - Create separate articles for common application processes. For example, “How do I create an application portal account?”, “How do I reset my application portal password?”, and “How do I check my application status?”
