Descripción
The customer reported receiving the error message 'Server not available to handle this request, either not initialized yet or it has been disposed' when attempting to call the HTTP listener in their on-premise runtime environment. This issue occurred when deploying an application with a domain project to an on-prem server, while the same application worked successfully when run locally.
Solución

1. Roll back to an older Mule Runtime version prior to 4.7.4 to avoid encountering the issue.

2. If using Mule Runtime versions greater than 4.7.4, start the server with the system property '-M-Dmule.deployment.forceParseConfigXmls=true' to work around the issue.
