Impact on Existing Tableau+ and Standalone Data Connect License Holders ?

If you have already purchased Standalone Data Connect licenses separately from Tableau+, you can continue to use this feature and still add additional nodes. For Tableau+ customers who also own Standalone Data Connect licenses, please contact your account executive if you require the node that was included with Tableau+.

Recommended Actions Following Data Connect Retirement ?

If you have previously purchased the Standalone Data Connect licenses, no immediate action is required. In the future, you may consider moving to Tableau Bridge or exploring Private Connect to access private network or on-prem data.

If you have purchased Tableau+ with the intention of using Data Connect, you should instead plan to use Tableau Bridge or Private Connect to access private network or on-prem data.

If you have questions about contracting or licenses related to the Data Connect retirement, contact your Salesforce account team or open a case with support via Salesforce Help. To view all current and past retirements, see Salesforce Product & Feature Retirements.
