Report on Users Who Have Not Created Activities

Learn how to track user adoption by identifying users who have not logged activities.

A Salesforce admin wants to identify sales reps who have not logged any calls or emails in the past 30 days. By adding a Cross Filter that excludes users with related Activities, the admin can quickly surface inactive users for follow-up.

 

Решение
  • Click the 'Reports' tab.
  • Click  'New Report', select the 'Users'  report type, and click 'Start Report'.
  • Click the 'Filters' tab. Click the arrow button | 'Add Cross Filter'.
  • Configure the settings in 'Edit Filter' as follows and click 'Apply' :
    • Show: 'Users' | 'without'
    • Secondary Object: 'Activities'
  • Set additional filters as needed.
  • Click the 'Outline' tab to select columns to add to the report, and click 'Save & Run'.
