Email replies sent from Salesforce Field Service (SFS) Work Orders do not display on the Work Order record. Unlike Cases, which support the Email-to-Case feature to automatically thread inbound email replies to case records, Work Orders do not have a native equivalent functionality in Salesforce Field Service (SFS).
