Résolution

This error may occur when a user has not fully switched from Gmail Integration to Salesforce Everywhere.

1. Clear cache, cookies, and unwanted site data, along with browsing history in your Chrome Browser for all time. (Make sure to bookmark any important browsing history before clearing everything.)

  • Click on the three dots in the top right corner of your Chrome browser.
  • Click on Settings.
  • On the left side, select Privacy and security, then click on Delete Browsing data.
  • Select all options: Browsing data, cookies and other site data, cached images and files, then click on Delete data.

2. Click on Third-party cookies and allow third-party cookies, popups, and redirects in your browser.
3. Update the Chrome browser if it has not been done yet.
4. Go to Salesforce and revoke third-party account links on the user record.

  • Open the user record in Salesforce.
  • Search for Third-party account links and revoke all entries for Gmail integration.

5. Remove the Salesforce extension from the browser and reinstall it.
6. It may ask you to log in to the Legacy Salesforce extension. Please log in and map it with Salesforce by accepting all permissions.
7. It will prompt you to switch to Salesforce Everywhere. Please follow the article below to complete the process:

Once this is done, Salesforce Everywhere may ask for login again.
8. Please log in with Salesforce credentials, and the error should disappear.
