Marketing Cloud Personalization | Recommendations Not Displaying While Einstein Recipe Status is "Training"

Einstein recipes periodically retrain using the latest user behavior data to maintain and improve recommendation accuracy. A status of "Training" indicates this retraining process is currently in progress.

With the exception of the initial training period immediately after recipe creation, a recipe in "Training" status will continue to serve recommendations using the model from the last completed training.

Therefore, if dynamic content stops displaying, the "Training" status itself is not the direct cause. The issue is likely caused by a different factor. Please check other configurations, such as:

• Campaign setup
• The target user's profile
• The status of your catalog items
