When amending a contract in Salesforce CPQ which contains subscriptions that are block priced, the pricing does not change unless there are changes that result in the product qualifying for a new block tier.
Let's say we have got 2 block prices corresponding to a product,
When updating the contract that includes subscriptions with blocked price products and a quantity of 2, the pricing fields on the Amendment quotes show as 0. If we try to change the quantity of a product to any value between 1 and 5, the pricing fields will still show as 0.
The pricing fields only calculate the value if the quantity is changed to something outside the range of 1 to 5.
