In Agentforce Sales, formerly Sale Cloud User Reports, the "Monitor Login History" permission is required to view login details, such as Login Date/Time, for users other than yourself. For example, a sales manager running a User report to audit team login frequency may see blank Login Date/Time values for all users except themselves, even though login history exists.
The Monitor Login History permission is a system-level permission that controls whether a user can view login activity data for other users in reports and the Login History page. Without this permission, the Login Date/Time and Login Date fields return data only for the running user.
If login information for other users is not displayed, grant the "Monitor Login History" permission to the relevant user by following these steps:
From Setup, open the Profile or Permission Set assigned to the target user.
In the System Permissions section, check the Monitor Login History permission and save the settings.
Run the report again to confirm that the results for other users are now displayed.
