An admin wants to find all reports built on the 'Opportunities with Products' report type before deleting it. This article shows how to create a meta-report that lists all reports using a given type.
First, create a custom report type to list reports, and then create a report using that custom report type.
Creating a Custom Report Type
Click the Gear icon in the upper right corner and open Setup.
Enter "Report Types" in the Quick Find box and click Report Types.
Click New Custom Report Type.

Report Type Label: Any (e.g., Report List)
Report Type Name: Any (e.g., Report_List)

Store in Category: Any (e.g., Administrative Reports)
Deployment Status: Deployed
Click Save without making any changes on the "Step ② . Define Report Records Set" screen.

Click the Outline tab.
In Group Rows, select Report Type.
In Columns, use Add column... to search for and add fields you want to display, such as Report Name and Created By.
