Tableau customers are experiencing an issue where they cannot create a case via Agentforce through Salesforce Help (Help & Training) to contact Technical Support.

The solutions and temporary alternative methods for this issue are as follows. 

Solución

1. Create a Trailblazer ID

  • Since April 2024, Tableau customers have been used Salesforce Help to create and manage technical support cases. Accessing Salesforce Help requires a Trailblazer ID. If you have not created one, please do so by following the instructions in the knowledge article below.
