Check the organization's email limits and current usage, and find out how to request an increase.

Pasos
  1. Find Your Organization's Details:

    • Click the gear icon and select Setup.

    • In the Quick Find box, type and click Company Information.

    • Look at the field labeled "Organization Edition" (e.g., Enterprise Edition, Unlimited Edition). Your limit depends on this edition.

  2. Understand the Limits: Salesforce tracks two main limits every 24 hours:

    • Single Email Limit (Apex/Workflow): This is for emails sent by code or automation. The standard limit for most production orgs is 5,000 emails per 24 hours.

    • Mass Email Limit (List Emails): This is for sending large groups of emails. This limit is often lower and depends on your license type.

  3. Check Current Daily Usage:

    • Stay on the Company Information page.

    • Look for the section labeled "Usage Based Entitlements" (or "System Overview").

    • Look for the limit labeled "Daily Mass Mail Limit" or similar. This shows your total allowance and how many have been sent today.

  4. Action for Hitting Limits:

    • If you are hitting the Single Email Limit (5,000): Your administrator needs to check the Apex Debug Logs, as this limit is tracked through code and may not show up clearly on the Company Information page.

  5. Request a Limit Increase (If Necessary):

    • If you are consistently hitting the limit, we can provide a temporary limit increase through our Support team.  Please search Salesforce Help for this issue, and you can request to raise a Case with Agentforce on Help.

    • The case must include a clear business justification (why you need the increase) and the specific volume you are requesting.
