To identify the list of Email to Salesforce addresses assigned to each user, you must extract information from the system using Data Loader.

Viewing Your My Email to Salesforce Settings
Salesforce Classic: From the menu under your name, select [My Settings] | [Email] | [My Email to Salesforce].
Lightning Experience: Click the user icon in the upper right, and select [Settings] | [Personal Setup] | [Email] | [My Email to Salesforce].

Resolution

You can Export Data including Email to Salesforce Addresses for All Useer with the Data Loader by following these steps:　

  1. Launch Data Loader and select Export.
  2. Check the Show all Salesforce objects box.
  3. Select the EmailServicesAddress object.
  4. Click Browse... to select the location for the exported file.
  5. Name the CSV file and click Next.
  6. Click Finish and select Yes to confirm the export.
  7. Open the exported CSV file and check the DeveloperName and EmailDomainName columns.
  8. The Email to Salesforce address is formed by concatenating DeveloperName and EmailDomainName with an "@" symbol (DeveloperName + @ + EmailDomainName).
