When using the Flow Core Action: Send Custom Notification and selecting a Public Group as notification recipients only members added directly to the public group are expected to receive notifications.

 

Ratkaisu

 

If the Public Group's "Grant Access Using Hierarchies" option is selected, Users who are implicitly included in the group as a result of the role hierarchy with the following "Reason For Membership" do not receive notifications:

 

    • Manager of Group Member
    • Manager of Queue Member
    • Manager of Role
    • Manager of Territory
    • User Role Manager of Territory
