Ensure you receive an email alert when a Task due date is approaching.
Access Your Personal Settings: Click your Profile Picture in the top right corner. From the dropdown menu, select Settings.
Go to Email Settings: In the Quick Find box on the left, type Email.
Check Email Preferences: Select My Email Settings (or similar option, depending on your org).
Ensure your Email Address is correct and the Automatic BCC is set as desired.
Go to Activity Settings: In the Quick Find box, type Activity.
Enable Task Notifications: Select Activity Settings (or similar option).
Look for a setting related to Task Notifications (See: Task Reminder Based on Due Date using Flow )
Save the Change: Click Save.
Verify the Task: Go to the specific Task you want a reminder for. Ensure the Due Date is set correctly. Only task reminders in-app will be shown as the due date approaches.
The system will now send you an email alert when a Task is approaching its due date.
