Some help documents state that "Quick Text folders are not supported" using Agentforce Service (formerly Service Cloud).

This article explains the current behavior and the status of the documentation.

Résolution

Quick Text folders are currently supported for Enhanced Chat (Messaging for In-App and Web).

Although some documentation, such as "Considerations and Limitations for Enhanced Chat," states that Quick Text folders are not supported, this information is outdated.

We are currently updating the relevant documentation to reflect.
