## Current Behavior

Quick Text folders are currently supported in Enhanced Chat (Messaging for In-App and Web) with Agentforce Service (formerly Service Cloud). Agents can create and organize Quick Texts into folders and access them during messaging sessions.

## About the Outdated Documentation

The 'Considerations and Limitations for Enhanced Chat' help article previously stated that Quick Text folders are not supported. This information was accurate for an earlier release but no longer reflects the current product behavior. The documentation has been updated (or is in the process of being updated) to reflect support for Quick Text folders.

## What to Do If You Still Cannot Use Quick Text Folders

If Quick Text folders are still not appearing for your agents, verify the following: (1) Agents have the necessary permissions for Quick Text. (2) Quick Text is enabled in Setup. (3) The Messaging channel is correctly configured in the Service Console.
