Hide the Sales Cloud Mobile App from the Salesforce Mobile App Launcher

The "Sales Cloud Mobile" application, which became visible by default in the App Launcher starting with Summer '25, can be hidden using the following steps.

To hide it for the entire organization:

1. Navigate to Setup > Salesforce Mobile App.
2. Change the "Sales Mobile Environment for Sales Agents" setting to disabled.

To control visibility per profile: You can control the visibility per profile even if "Sales Mobile Environment for Sales Agents" remains enabled.

1. Navigate to the Custom App Settings section of the profile.
2. Control visibility by checking or unchecking the "SalesCloudMobile" checkbox.
